Profile
Sanjay is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of work experience in Fortune 500 companies. He started his career with Export house (Arihant), moved to Engineering Industry (Subros), and then to FMCG Companies (PepsiCo & SC Johnson). His last job was with SC Johnson as a Finance Director - South Asia where he worked as a CFO for 15 years. Today he works on a part time basis with XYZ.
Sanjay has experience in developing business strategic plans, business partnering, cross-functional team management, system implementation and has handled sustainable process improvement projects.
In addition, he has experience of handling M&A, He has hands on experience of integrating businesses post M&A.
